Decent pair of running earphones.

Spec me! Looking for a pair for around £20 with decent sound quality and hopefully some sort of mechanism that keeps them in your ear - be it a clip around the ear or a back of the head strap. Always have trouble with iPhone style earphones when exercising.

I use Sennheiser CX 685 they are solid when running and cycling,but they are £40-£50. There is the older model CX 680 that are based on a similar wing design which are around £25.

Oh and the MX 685 aren't overly comfy and don't block out outside noise so I'm not a fan.

I use Sennheiser/Adidas PMX 680 High-Performance Rugged Stereo Neckband Headphone for Sports which have the back on the head strap, I find them really good as there is no fiddling like in-ear head phones when they fall out your ear!

Yeah, actually came across these earlier before I posted. How are these for comfort?

Dont really notice them at all to be honest, only notice the music coming out of them, they are not too tight and dont rub. Have ran for 3 hours with them on and didnt experience any irritation from them i.e squeezing my head, rubbing.

i did 600 miles with ones i got from tesco for 10 pounds. Very nice in ear. Braided cable is a must have nowadays

I'd go for the neckband ones instead. I've used the CX685's and while the sound is pretty decent for what you need them for I found them to fall out a little more often then I'd like and could never quite make them feel secure.

Neckband every time for me, never falls out of place, you simply put them on and that's it.

Nice... One thing they have that the 685s don't is that the cable is in 2 parts, so when / if the jack breaks you can just stick a new cable on.

I use aldi ones with a neckband. Do me fine and about a fiver
