Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [19 - 21st October 2013]

Arsenal team for todays game:

Szczesny, Sagna, Koscielny, Mert, Gibbs, Wilshere, Arteta, Flamini, Carzola, Ozil and Giroud.

Subs: Ramsey, Fabianski, Monreal, Bendtner, Jenkinson and Rosicky

Scary looking midfield with Cazorla and Ozil finally starting a game together. Hopefully Giroud will score a few goals today.

Krul's coming out for chances has been terrible today. I think he came out too early for the Sturridge goal, ran miles out when Moses got the ball on the line but from that angle he couldn't score, could have stayed at the post and when the ball went in he was nowhere. Just then he could have gone 3-4 seconds earlier, or not at all, again the ball ended up going in and he was nowhere.
 
grr, Newcastle finally remember they can actually pass in the opposition half, hold on to it, pass it to Anita who instantly goes back, then the CB with LOADS of choices passes back again and keeper has to blast it. They had people all over the place in space but people go back then to keeper then lose the ball. Can't stand it when teams do that when they don't need to. Giving it to the keeper means losing the ball 8/10 times, maybe more.
