can you run a corsair h100 without fans?

With a low watt cpu, example 35w. Could you run a corsair h100 without fans attached? Air in the case pushed front to back, so air would not be still. But i'm after a build with as little fans as possible. As low power as I can make it.

No! I'd consider a passive cooler instead, the H100 is not really built for that purpose.

You could get some low RPM fans with a good static pressure!

Its mainly because I have a H100 sitting in a box doing nothing.

Can you suggest a silent fan with good static pressure?
