I currently a HP Microserver NL36 for while, now I want to build much powerful CPU but it will need to be quiet like NL36.

I came up with the following spec excluding Hard Drives:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Intel Core i5-4570S 2.90GHz Low Power (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail £149.99
1 x Lian Li PC-Q25B Mini-ITX Cube - Black £99.95
1 x Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (1x8GB) 1600MHz PC3-12800C10 Single Channel Module (KHX1600C10D3B1/8G) £49.99
Total : £311.33 (includes shipping : £9.50).

Overclockers does not have any good mini-ITX Socket Motherboard with 6 Sata Ports 6Gb/s.

I might go with Asus H87I-PLUS mini-ITX Socket 1150 Motherboard (£91.04) from elsewhere.

Which Modular Power Supply do you recommend? It will need to be quiet like HP Microserver NL36.

My budget is £350-400

Thanks.

I want to stick with Lian Li PC-Q25B Mini-ITX case, I really like that case.

I went with a single 8GB Ram so in the future it can be upgraded to 16GB Ram in total.
