Photoshop Request make my thingy black

I have this American deluxe Strat in Amber with Tortoiseshell pick guard

But I want to see what a black Pick guard will look like on it...Use this one below to transfer to the Amber strat. Not changing knobs so some cunning Photoshop is needed.
