You mean they're not going to just port it over with a few touch ups and claim it's a whole new DLC worth paying for? Well, I'll be surprised if they do any of that
My experience of metro from day one to me stopping playing is people love to spam explosives more on that map than any other and it brings out the ammo pack campers who will just throw grenades, 203/320's, rpgs and what not around the central point. Why? Because it's easy and fair play to them, it works in most pubbie games.
I do enjoy the map a lot when it isn't like the above though.

Tbh grenade spam evolved from the fact that there was too many people on the map, like someone said earlier 8vs8 on metro is a dream, you have to carefully look around corners and such, if you killed someone 5 others wouldn't take his place making flap caps a stifle at best.
In 32vs32 you grenade spam cos you know that whatever wall it bounced off, it's gonna at least hit someone!

Really looking forward to this, I've been a bit 'lost' since the beta ended - can't seem to get into my other games without pining for BF4
Same, BF3 is good but I'm really missing the improvements they have made in BF4; noteably the team orders and hit detection / gunplay.

This. Tried BF3 - rubbish, tried BC2 - meh, tried Natural selection - moderate, nearly redone Halflife 2 - alright.
Seriously lost off. I wish EA had handed out BF2 and 2142 as freebies as I could be reliving those with my friends!
Give me back my BF4 crack EA!
Well, less than a week to go before we will be VPN unlocking the game. I'm going to use the time to rebuild my PC and get my 780 on H2O. Have already warned the misses that I will be making a mess of the flat this weekend
Can you unlock the volts on your 780? Can get 1.3v out of mine using afterburner trick and I'm tempted to go water as well but it's a right **** on.
I've not tried yet. With max power in afterburner at 1200Mhz it's getting really hot in BF3 and is unstable. I have the MSI Gaming addition so the cooler is good but even on 100% its not cool enough. Once I get the block on I'm going to try Greg's guide
Only thing that is bugging me is whether I need another 780 to run BF4 @ 120FPS constant.
My windforce fairs pretty well at 100% fan speed, I've had the card close to 1300mhz but don't want to run it like that on air.
You will need 2 for 120fps but even then the CPU will limit you on 64 player maps and it will still drop below that level, I don't think there's many setups that could hold 120 fps minimums.

At 1080p that's going to struggle on any settings unless you play small 16 player maps.
Nah i need my full on 64 players like on bf3, getting a new graphics card isnt an option atm either as im getting the new consols

If you play consoles more often than PC gaming then maybe just get it for next gen, or if you really want to play the PC version maybe only buy one of the next gen consoles and spend 300-400 quid on a GPU.
