A 13 year old boy who was carrying a replica rifle & pistol is shot dead by police.

Perhaps I should have been more specific and said less prevelant as opposed to more regulated. Though I imagine those we have are also more regulated.

Well yes, but equally not all children are as bright and the kid in this instance may not realised that the the consequence of not dropping a toy gun (as he knew it was) was to be gunned down by a couple of cops.

I cannot be overly critical in the cops and I'm not as they have to protect themselves from perceived threats, hence why I think the best avoidance is a lack of proliferation if guns and those who get then are properly trained as opposed to every cop and his partner being tossed a gun their way.

Again this is bit an east fix for cops, it a societal problem for the US and they need to remove guns from the streets allowing the cups the chance to go unarmed whereas at the minute that approach would be tantamount to suicide.

I can't see the clip (middle if nowhere hotel with average wifi) so apologies if I bring the wrong instance up but I hazard a guess you bring up the Duggan case.

If that is the one the result was far from ideal but those incidents happen less often thanks to lack if guns in the UK which is a positive, of course the removal of all guns is the ideal but I think we all know that will never happen.

No its an idea case where two armed officers disarm a 16 yr old who has a concealed toy gun, he throws it on the floor, the officer doesn't shoot him.
