anybody having terrible performce with a 7990 and 13.11 beta drivers?

hey guys,

just updated my drivers to the 13.11 beta and went to play sleeping dogs.

the most my GPU could push out is 20FPS! at 100% load!
my CPU was not more than 50% load...

anybody else having this sort of problem?
also just noticed MSI afterburner is not showing driver version or any clock speeds etc

how do i resolve this?

Disable ULPS via afterburner, restart, play.
 
just started sleeping dogs again, still capped at 20FPS...

the drivers version and clock speeds are showing now but still terrible performance

anything else i can do?
the 13.10 betav2 worked the best for me atm

i have a gigabyte

i used to have a 6990 before so the noise difference is night and day
a little coil whine but dose not bother me :)
 
i suppose radeonPro mite help? im not using it but i may give it a go tonight using matt's guide

hopefully mantle will help as well :D
