Hello Overclockers I always wanted a good gaming PC so i can finally play BF3-4 Crysis 3 on MAX setting and enjoy the graphics without FPS lag just smooth game i have £1900-£2100 to spend

I would recommend someone spec'ing you a WC system as you've got the budget. You could then get 2x 290x and WC them for exceptional performance.

Unfortunately, I dont know enough about the WC market to spec one.

Nice ssd for your OS and your favourite games. Hdd for storage. Case you can change for something you prefer. Gpu is a good price and will play all your games, but check with OCUK on when they expect delivery. And still leaves you enough money for an OS if you need one and plenty of red extension cables to top it off.

Crysis 3 and BF4 will both benefit from an i7. You won't see much benefit spending the extra £100 on the Formula over the Gene motherboard, though.

oh i see, this is why I am here to build a good PC, so i will change the i5 to i7 but i love the formula it just looks amazing and my PC will be visible 24/7 so I'm aiming for Performance/looks :)
 
Not sure it's £100 better looking that the Formula, but hey,

Watercooling should do the 290X the world of good, by the way. Definitely something to consider.

I'd personally go for white LEDs rather than red. White will highlight the black/red contrast is your rig, while red LEDs will just make everything look red.

Okay so i picked this case cause of the window so i can see all my components inside
The white light as "beasty6" said it will show whats inside way better than just red on red

16GB ram just to fill all ram so it will look awesome!
1866MHz because Bf4 will use quicker ram for better performance as EA said.

3x 140MM for front and 1 on top
2x 120MM to add to H100i for better cooling

and it will go nicely with "NZXT Switch 810 Ultra"

Also I was thinking about the SLI 780 or R9 290X but 290X runs at 95C where 780 will run on around 80C also its quieter where R9 when you put it on 100% fan makes this noise...


And having 2 of them running 95C and 100% fan is going to be pretty loud and my room will be pretty hot, what do you guys think?



@Ethermaster i do like this build saw this Motherboard on youtube with the same RAM it just fits perfectly! :D
 
i spec's those fans as they have red rings that would match the build

and i would change the PSU to the antec that stulid spec'd

Don't i need 1000W for SLI or Crossfire + CPU @ 4.5Ghz
