Looking to update my old Cooler master Silent Pro 700w simply because its about 4 or 5 years old and is looking a bit tatty now, and I don't want to look at it through my windowed case (300R) when I pick it up next week.

Looking to spend no more than £70 Max and prefer modular/semi modular if possible. My system is over clocked also, and would like it to last another 5 years.

So far I've seen the Seasonic 550w on this week only for £67 I think, and also found a Cooler master Silent Pro Gold 550w for under £60 elsewhere. There any other options I've overlooked?

To be honest I'm not sure you're going find a better deal than that Seasonic at £67 this week only, its normally £80 same as the Antec I posted.

Corsair TX650 or CX750

I agree with a lot of others about OCZ, even though my ModXStream Pro 600 hasn't missed a beat, I'd still avoid buying in the future......

I'm not gonna buy an OCZ power supply, the one I bought a while back had a dodgy rocker switch that sparked when I pressed it off and on. Maybe they're better these days, just little things like that stick in the mind when buying in the future (which happens to be now).

Seasonic looks to be top of my list at the moment.

I did consider the Corsair CX series and their GS ones (not modular), but the CX are meant to have not so great soldering internally, and the GS is meant to have crappy heat sinks inside it (these are from reviews I'd read).

It's annoying as I would like to stick to Corsair, but I don't think they have anything in my price bracket that puts out 550 - 700w (higher the better so I could potentially use more powerful cards in the future should I want/need).
