Gosh Sky News coverage is so monotonous. They've been recycling the same boring stuff over and over.

I remember the reporters on Fox and CNN during hurricane sandy, they were truly heroic, some of the best reporting I've ever seen.

If I don't see a Sky reporter standing nipples deep in water or holding on to a lamp post for dear life I'm going to be very disappointed.

The ground is very saturated at the moment so trees are more susceptible to being blown over :)

Kicking off now here in Dorset. Wind is not persistent yet, but some real strong tree bending gusts :D

agreed just stuck my head out of the window and deffo picked up to even a little whistling and the sea seems to be a bit more threatening lol

gonna pop out in a bit i think in me slippers and see whats going on :D

Been raining a bit here (Truro, Cornwall), but winds are not even worthy of being called 'gusty' at the moment. And now the rain has just stopped altogether.

Most disappointing 'extreme' weather.... ever. :D
