Battlefield 4 Thread ~ Server details in opening post ~

Got my key from greenman this morning as I had had it pre ordered for months so couldn't cancel to get via the Mexican proxy. I have however just ordered the premium service via proxy, should anything be showing up in origin regarding premium?

Nevermind shows up clear as day in battlelog :)

BF4 Battlelog is open, so you can set your loadout now, as well as open any Battlepacks you have. http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/

Any idea how long simplycdkeys would take to refund me?

Plus if simply don't send the key out till after 12 tomorrow, I won't be able to dll till 11pm (cap time for virgin!) so won't get to play the game till Wednesday...

Thinking of pre-ordering from mexico now since there are Europe servers up and running........

I've heard rumours that the initial unlock which you have to do by VPN marks you as coming from that region, so when you try and play again without that VPN if it detects you from another region it won't work. But this could just be scaremongering!

However the 100% XP ioncrease for an hour sounds good, wonder if it stacks with the double XP days

Yep, learned my lesson last time. Played it safe, ordered from a reputable store at a higher price, didn't VPN as I didn't want to risk a ban. Paid through the nose for Premium to be sure it'd be compatible with my UK game version.

This time I ordered from Mexico, VPN'd and will be activating as early as possible.

As I said, lesson learned. :D

Why do you want to cancel?

Also, why do you care about hitting the Virgin Media cap? I downloaded it during the day, it only reduces your speed by 50% for a few hours. No big deal.

Not going to bother now as too much faff is required with the cancellation and then dealing with all that proxy nonsense :p :o (and yeah they took payment last week so refund would take like a week probably [for it to pass clearing or whatever it is])

Was wanting to cancel as there are Europe servers up and running so means that you could play without all the rubber banding that you get with high ping servers, originally I thought only USA servers would be up.

Hmmm true that, will just get capped for the sake of a few hours, speed will go from 6.7MB/s to 3.7MB/s but at least I would be able to play it for a bit on Tuesday night as opposed to Wednesday afternoon :D

What version of the game have you lot purchased to get Battlepacks? I had BF3 Premium, and now have BF4 premium, but no packs :(
