Ah yes, don't know how well they clock though so I should stick with Lightnings.
It's all a gamble, seen a couple of people with lightnings/classifieds complain about poor overclocks, not sure if the cards are binned.

More than happy with my 7990...but had to pop in and say...jolly good show from NVidia, the 290X shouldn't have a look in with the 780 @ £399.99...Physx + Free games + Quiet Effective Cooler...certainly a good deal to be honest.
Actually this price drop from Nvida couldn't have came at a better time, as it might have impact on the launch price of the 290 and forces them to become even lowerAgreed. Superb move from nvidia. Think 290X sales are going to suffer as a result of a poor cooler. Such a shame.

And this is why AMD shouldn't have waited so long to release their 290s.
So...do I go for the HOF at £450 or the reference at £400? - bearing in mind that the reference card would looking great with my white Parvum and green Sniper M5.
Want max overclocks or happy with 1100-1200mhz?

Arrg must resist ! I am so about to buy the gigabyte 780. How much would I get selling all the games on ebay ? (realistically)
Already got one but tempted to go SLI and destroy all games.
. I can not resist. Just wondering what brand should I get.AMD dun goofed. Should have launched with aftermarket coolers. 780 is a no brainer now especially with the free games, you could effectively get a 780 for around £350 once games sold, which is mental.
