The server side is a mess right now, lots of stuff not working, fairfight crashing servers etc. expect a flurry of server rc's over the next week or so. Its always like this we just need to wade through it (again!).
 
I've just tried the VPN for my already preloaded product and it unlocked to play, but after that it was pointless. As soon as you come out of Origin and disable the VPN it locks it again, you can't play it.

That's me done for the night. First 2 games were great but unfortunately the last 3 have all suffered from severe rubber banding and a server crash. The last game also suffered from sound drop outs throughout.

I won't be playing Golmud Railway again unless I'm in a vehicle. Infantry have no chance.

If any poor-average players want to squad up tomorrow then give me a shout. I think I'd get more out of the game by squading up. fozzybear1414 on Origin.

did you manage to sort out the server ping issue (nothing under 200) you mentioned earlier ?

tried shutting down the vpn before starting bf4 but had the same issue :(.

Where did you order it from Locky? I got mine from simply and the codes for the base game and premium were sent out together. Redeemed both succesfully on origin a few minutes ago.

Yeah, once Origin/Battlelog is loaded, I just closed the VPN software and found some 'better' servers.

You might have to change your search options under 'search for servers' on Battlelog.
 
Is there any way to change your email addy for Origin yet? Tried doing it a few months ago and it wasn't possible and now my Virgin Media account is closed fully because I moved to BT so no way to access my email account registered to my Origin Account :eek:

It's like stutter but more apparent, you're walking forward and it will sort of stutter you back a few steps. I've only experienced it on 1 server today luckily.
