Battlefield 4 Thread ~ Server details in opening post ~

No game appeared in my games list, so tried it again and now it says its already been used?

Do I have to wait a while or should I contact them?

Mine showed almost instantly.

Tracers don't seem to be as noticeable as they were in bf3 on certain vehicles so a lot of them can hammer away with impunity.

Uhm, why are you expecting to be able to pinpoint locate, aim and kill the person who has got the drop on you?

Genuine question.
 
So far, it's run perfect.
I preloaded on normal connection
Installed VPN thing as per reddit instructions
Joined a game
Quit straight away
Disabled VPN
Now I can play on my own connection every time

No crashes, and runs flawlessly on my machine - i7 930, GTX 570, 6GB ram

I think i really like the "V" button to reset your bullet drop/aim on sniping

Yeah that's obviously what I want. :rolleyes:

How about reading what I typed in regards to tracers etc then maybe you can figure it out. The gameplay so far is rewarding campers in quite a lot of the maps, and I'm not just referring to infantry either.

Weird. Only thing different with my setup I guess is that I have a few extra DNS entries for unblock_us so I can stream iplayer and nextflix in DK... nothing else out of the ordinary.

Ive emailed them. Shame though, was looking forward to playing a bit tonight.
 
Ordered from cdkeys earlier, said the keys would be instant but haven't heard anything from them in about 5 hours. Any one managed to get a key from them?
 
OK im an idiot! I was typing in the scanned image code, not the one that looks like one of them checks you have for submitting a new post on a forum!
 
Definitely style over substance so far. Most of the maps I've played so far are not set up for infantry. I've just got absolutely ****** over by heli's on Paracel Storm.

No lag this time.
 
Had a few games of this earlier, enjoyed it, although it was a bit lonely doing my solo Rambo impression.

SLI isn't working for me on Windows 8.1 in this, neither latest drivers or beta drivers. Game does play fine on a single card.

Had the sound dropout bug a few times in vehicles which is annoying. Hopefully Dice will patch the game in time for the official UK release ;)

The sound thing is one of several issues that existed in bf3 that's made its way over to bf4, you just get the crosshair registering a hit when you're in a tank when you change view modes as well.

I put my order in. I went to my emails and clicked on the link for my game. I needed to verify my account with my phone number, got a number in a text message. after that I went on to my orders and got my key. Still waiting on the key for (Battlefield 4 Premium)
No more then 5 mins before I started downloading on origin.
 
Yeh, thanks guys I click that link and did a phone verification thing and it says. ..

Which is a load of horse **** to be honest.

mine said that too, but then i got a further email once it had been approved, wasnt more than 10 or 15mins

Yup was even cheaper if you like them on facebook you get a further 5% off, didnt work for me tho :(
