So, I have been waiting to make a large purchase on a new case... which the order with all the extras is close to $1000.

So as per the site message, as its an international order I emailed them for a shipping quote last week. Yet, despite sending it from 2 diff emails, nobody has gotten back to me.

I understand people can be busy... but youd think that they would have some sort of autoreply or a message stating as much. Im not the only one either, I know of a couple of others who have not had their emails responded to either.

Very disheartening

Maybe give this a shot:

Taken from their domain whois data, so may or may not work :)

I might try it, though im loathe to chase a company to give them my money... they should be the ones replying to my emails.

If there was a decent alternative, id of already purchased from another company... unfortunately none of the high end big watercooling cases look as sexy as the CL cases... so im stuck for the time being.

This sort of thing drives me mad - you are quite right in loathing chasing someone so you can give them your money.

In this day and age, they should be biting your hand off. Sadly though many companies are just too lazy to bother.

So, this evening I got a very appologetic email after getting in touch with them via facebook, and everything sorted.

Hopefully will have a STH10 with all the trimmings delivered next week :)

I use a simple equation, if they can't be bothered to have an efficient sales department (where the money comes) they will not have a decent support organisation (where money goes out)
