That’s right, we know you’ve been asking for it so here it is. Take a look at the full list of the newly available channels you can access without a contract:

· Sky1
· Sky Atlantic
· Sky Living
· Sky Arts 1
· Discovery
· MTV
· Comedy Central
· GOLD
· Disney
· Fox

Even better, you can also now watch tons of our TV shows on demand with our catch up service and box sets.

Like vampire stories? Tune in with Jonathan Rhys Meyers to Dracula, a new drama series from the producers of Downtown Abbey. (Available from 31st October)

If you love Mad Men and can’t get enough of Jon Hamm or miss seeing Daniel Radcliffe on the big screen, we have great news for you – A Young Doctor’s Notebook is coming soon to NOW TV (available from 21st November) where you can see them together.

We could go on and on about what’s coming up and why they’re the best shows ever…But just to mention a few, The Walking Dead, Hello Ladies, The Tunnel and lots of other great shows await you.

What new shows are you most looking forward to? And why are you reading this blog when you can actually go and start watching them NOW?

Go forth and stream 'til you can stream no more.

Finally! Good to see.

I just wish the sports pass was a darn sight cheaper or at least lasted a weekends worth of sport :(

£9.99 for 24hrs is rip off.

you always have to pay more for one off things over contracts/subscriptions.

e.g. £6 to use the gym once or £45 a month

also aren't a lot of PPV's like £15 for like basically 6 hours of stuff of which people are mainly only interested in like 30 minutes of it.

it's all relative, sky sports is pretty cheap once you break down how much you get for how much it costs per week on a new customer deal.

None of the Sky alternatives are any use until they have Discovery (all channels), Eden, History, Animal Planet... etc, etc.

It's pretty much the only reason we have Sky.

what's decent to watch on those channels? my dad likes them but i honestly can never find anything which appeals to me.

main viewing is footy and other live sports as well as the epic american shows like walking dead, homeland, etc.

some decent british shows like peaky blinders, game of thrones, etc.

Does the box need to update to get these? i have mine blocked from the internet in case they release an update that kills the ability to load PLEX on there

I've not noticed any updates, but i guess it would have had to. I'm just guessing it done it over night.

This seems like a move to cut BT's IPTV vision off before it's even got going. There doesn't seem to be a particularly clear price list anywhere but £4.99 a month for the Entertainment 'mix' is a bit of a bargain. It just needs to be HD.

The only live thing i want is f1,
How many tv series are achieved, want Something like Netflix, not a no contract web tv.

Netflix has a lot of documentaries on there from discovery channels.

Is there a way to see what series they have without signing up.

Slim pickings really. Looking at Hannibal, Boardwalk Empire, The Newsroom, The Walking Dead...emmm....Grey's Anatomy?

Looking at it like that. its awful haha. Stick to Netflix haha

I got the 6 months for £15 or something like that so its not bad for that price. but unless they pull their fingers out, i wont be staying.

Thanks, i realy want now tv to mature, becuase sky hold so many exclustivity deals.
But even with that massive disadvantage, netflix is doing a far better choice.

The monthly fee for the entertainment channels is listed as "£4.99 Introduction offer"
Language like this from Sky make me nervous that its going to go up to £10-£15 very shortly.

Then you cancel when the price goes up. If the shows on offer appeal to you and you hate your eyeballs then there's worse ways of spending £5 a month.

Sky may put up the prices but to start with the movies had the introductory offer of £8.99 for the first three months then £15 afterwards but now it is £8.99 per month.
