Really

... Framerates are appalling for me. I played dark Souls on pc so never experienced any problems in that regard. If framerates are this bas I shall definitely wait for the PC version which should be put at the same time. :rolleyes:

Been playing a bit more, and dual-wielding is epic!...the beta doesn't give too much away tbh, you will be replaying the same bits over and over anyway.

Just noticed that the Collectors Edition of this is back up to £75 on Amazon. So glad I ordered it when it was down to £62

Same here but what I really want to know is...

WHY THE HELL IS THE PC VERSION SO MUCH MORE?!

Seriously, it's currently a tenner more than the consoles versions at £85 and was £65 before the increase. The regular game is a tenner less, so how come there's a £20 swing in the prices?!

I gues the movesets for DW are pretty cool u could DW in Dark souls..block with offhand also.

Yeah, the movesets and animations are much improved. In DS it was dual-wielding, but massively neutered....you were basically just holding one of the swords. It is a legitimate playstyle now though. I think a lot of people will play as dual-wielder in DS2!

Any ideas when the beta will be back anyone?

Also with the special edition, whats the figure made out of! I rarely buy these versions but this one seems cool but not if its just light plastic? I have a bioshock 1 edition that came with a pretty heavy big daddy made from some off material

Available in selected stores, all pre-ordered editions of Dark Souls 2 can come packaged with either a t-shirt, a unique steel art card, a comic book, an iPhone case or a poster (depending on where the pre-order is placed).

"These items will be awarded at no extra cost to fans who have shown such valued support and demand for the next instalment of From Software's award-winning franchise" said Namco Bandai.

"These goods are an additional incentive to the already existing, high-valued BlackArmour and Collector's Editions and are available for a limited time only".

Pre-orders of the Dark Souls 2 at Game are rewarded with a t-shirt adorned with the knight character from the game.

Amazon offers one of four collectable steel art cards featuring "conceptual artwork from the game, individually etched with their own unique number and limited to 2,500 per design".

Pre-orders at Zavvi will be rewarded with a physical copy of the 22-page Dark Souls 2 Into The Light comic, numbered and signed by its creators.

Namco Bandai has confirmed a Dark Souls 2 release date of March 11, 2014 in North America and March 14 in Australia and Europe.

Definitely has the potential to fix the mistakes made in Dark Souls 1 and make it easily one of the best games ever.

Nice trailer. Couldn't be more perfectly timed for me this as playing BF4 with mates will be dying down by then and there are no PS4 games out for ages I want so really can't wait for this.
Demon's Souls was amazing and I loved Dark Souls too although felt it was missing something a little for me but from what I've seen this one looks like it could blown them both away
