I think most psychologists/psychiatrists would actually argue that your strong protestations against it are actually a greater indicator that you would be prone to those kinds of thoughts.

Im disgusted at some of the members on here trying to justify or in some way normalise peadophiles and the thought patterns and actions, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
 
It's silly to pretend the media doesn't play a part in the witch hunt style hysteria over general criminality.

Most of the media in the UK is about 50 years behind our social studies & supports views in-line with the kind of vengeance mentality required to act in the way those involved did.

The Nonce apologist culture on here is exactly the problem with our country.

What would you do if you caught a nonce fiddling your kid? Offer to take the photos for him? Send him a bunch of flowers and a thank you card ffs

Blaming the media is the easy thing to do for everything these days. When infact all they are doing is reporting on the crap that is happening. The problem lies at Government level, followed up by all the human right hippy crap people who want to give everyone a hug.

If you actually go an give things a read again, you will find that not a single person apologizes for, justifies, or thinks that the actions of some paedophiles are not abhorrent.

The facts are:

Not everyone is a paedophile.
Those that are get no say in the matter.
Not all of them act on their urges.
Therefore trying to organise some sort of mass cull just ends up in situations detailed in the OP.

Not only that, but all it takes is some vindictive little toerag to shout paedo at someone s/he doesn't like, to cause all kinds of trouble for innocent people. That is a bad state to be in.

While vigilante justice isnt acceptable id struggle to find sympathy for lets say gary glitter if somebody beat him to the ground and set him on fire.

I suppose by nick.lidgetts definition of a paedophile, that i must be one as whenever my 10 yr old nephew comes to visit me and stays over...he jumps into bed with me.

Not that i have any sexual feelings towards my little nephew but still if im sleeping with him in the same bed...i must be a paedo right nick???

Some members on here are just professional antagonists and threads like this seem to bring them all out of the woodwork, i have never met people in real life with any of the views that portrayed on here, im glad about that.
Now you can pick this to bits and quote me till the cows come home, but it wont change the fact i believe that a guy who looks and doesnt touch but is known to have these thoughts and a guy that physically abuses children are the same kind of bad and should be treated as such. Krooton and elmarko dont feel this way and thats cool all i want to know is why?
