Well the most famous example is GTA 3 era GTA's.

Failing that how about all the 1st party titles that they don't release on other platforms? It's the same thing If you can't see that you are naive beyond all belief.

Clearly there's a difference, surely you can see that. No issue with exclusivity, just find paying someone specifically to not develop for another platform as sleazy. Paying some to develop for you, paying someone to not develop for someone else, clear difference.

They're exactly the same thing. If anything, buying a studio is worse as it means all future games are restricted to your console only. When you purchase exclusivity for a game, you only restrict that game.

FIFA - Yearly football game. Surprised how many people care about this crap.

You can do it for almost any game

Oh, what I'd give for an updated Shogo: mobile armour division!
