ive had issues but im playing cause its a great game
after a patch earlier which i still dont know what it was i havent crashed once
just played few hrs solid.the patch was to do with launch stuff. just had it confirmed.

Normal mode is utter utter ****! How can anyone play it? Tanks impossible to damage, snipers are useless. Not enjoying the game so far tbh
Does your download start fast then gradually drop down to 20kbps or single digit? This is how origin has been going for me lately. Created a thread about this and someone mentioned a possible missing file in origin being a cause.

That is good news! What's the point in a shooting game where stuff heals itself and it takes a whole mag to kill anyone...it just isn't fun
Played a good few hours of this now. The single player is just crap end of really. The multi player is just Battlefield 3.5 nothing new and if anything it's just not as good as BF3 and not a patch on BC2.
Really disappointed with this and after a few games of BF3 it feels even worse. Another game fallen fowl of the Hype train.

It was a bit extreme though, every gun was basically 1 hit and it didn't seem to affect vehicle damage much.
i need a bit of help, me being me went on amd to activate my BF4 code downloaded the vpn client though i had connected to korea server and sods law it was not connected. so it know knows i am registered in England anyway around this guys ?

different settings providers things being updated admins making cahnges many different factors just remember the game isnt even out for us officially till the 1st

True but it's out for other countries so you can't say that just because it isn't released here then that's an excuse for shoddiness
The game is released, it's the same client for people here in the UK as it is in China, Japan, US etc so saying that people are having issues just 'cos they've unlocked early is stupid as there is no difference.
The game has bugs, but servers are the problem atm. DICE are releasing a patch either tonight or tomorrow to try to fix some of the crashes.
It won't fix all of them, but I'm sure it'll do some good.

And if you think it will be magically any different on Friday I suggest you put the glue down. Just about every BF game has had issues in the first few weeks of release, this is no different.

So i'm not the only one experiencing server crashing. Hopefully they will release that patch soon. Where did you read that btw? And does anyone know what the 677Mb patch fixed/broke?
