Hi if i sell my old Wii-U console then get a Replacment
can i still re-download my purchases from Nintendo store?
as i have someone interested in my wii u console but dont want to lose all my stuff when i get the zelda pack in replacment

Accounts are locked to hardware so no you'll not be able to download your purchases on the new console, your best bet if the buyer is okay with it, is to buy the new zelda pack and then just swap the gamepads, so the buyer will have the new console from the zelda pack and your old gamepad.
