If you will be doing a full new install of Windows, you should get away with copy/paste then when you goto reinstall BF4, it should find the existing files.

If you are using this as a second drive, you should create an NTFS junction. Steam Mover can do this for you (it works on any folder, not just Steam)

Copy the files from your BF4 install to another location, desktop or somewhere easy to access I usually go for, then uninstall the game from Origin.

Reinstall the game via origin to the new HDD, once the download starts close Origin.

Copy the game files from the desktop (or wherever else you put them) to the new install folder. Restart Origin and continue the install, it will verify your files and your sorted.

Reckon I'll give this method a go - thanks for the steam mover idea though - have used it before but since Origin can cope with installs in different locations I will steer clear of linking for now.

Question on double XP you get through Battlepacks. Are they cumulative (i.e. get 2 x 1 hour for 2 hours total" or is it better not to open a second battle pack until the first hour of extra XP is used up?
