Rust is less of an issue on cars registered after 01/01/2004 as they come with 12 year corrosion warranties (as opposed to 6 years prior).

You have a 10 year old, badly corroded E46 BMW, so it's not going to be worth much more then throwaway money. And you want to replace it with a prefacelift, previous gen 3 series that costs £11k... I don't think I could do it. Run yours until it is no good mechanically and then throw it away.

It drives great though. The interior is full leather and is in great nick. Its a real shame about the rust

I was taking about the rust not the wheels.
