How to find someones contact details..

hey

I'm looking for my father, i know he is in Australia.

His FB account is deactivated and his Phone number is no longer in service, and i understand he has moved to South Australia in march of this year.

He was Living in cairns before this.

Does anyone know of a way of gaining contact information for anyone over there based on the limited information i have? Its my wedding on 29th December and he did say he would come but with no contact since January I'm worried.

And no i cannot afford a Private detective or W/E and i have searched the White pages for him.
