A tribute to the highly acclaimed film series in which the above quote originated from, No More Room in Hell (PC Gamer's Mod of the Year 2011, ModDB's Editor Choice Multiplayer Mod of the Year 2011), is a co-operative realistic first person survival horror modification for the Source Engine. Taking inspiration from George Romero's "Of the Dead" series, the mod is set during a time in which the world is on the verge of collapsing into chaos from a disease whose origin is unknown. Many experts and organizations have their theories and ideas on how such a disease emerged and started to systematically destroy our very way of life, but one fact is clear to all. Whoever perishes from the disease gets up and kills, and the people they killed get up and kill.

The chances of you surviving this all out war of society and the undead are slim to none. Already, there are millions of the walking dead shambling about, searching for food to eat. There's no known cure. One bite can possibly end it all for you. However, you aren't alone in this nightmare. There are still a handful of uninfected survivors left in this god forsaken hellhole, and with co-operation and teamwork, you may live long enough to fight your way to salvation.

Teamwork: Co-operative play with up to eight players.
Voice and Text Communications Limited by Distance: The further you're away the harder it is for other players to hear you. Keep those walkie talkies close!
Dynamic Objective Maps: The next playthrough may not be the same as the last!
Survival Mode: Defend and maintain your shelter against the undead in the hopes of getting extracted to a safe area.
A Realistic Approach: In short, no crosshairs with limited "only when you want it" HUD. In addition, ammo and weapons are extremely scarce. With that in mind, aim down your sights and shoot for the head!
Multitude of Different Opponents: Ranging from the iconic "walking zombie" to the more contemporary "runners", NMRiH will keep you on your toes with a mix of dangerous foes to face down. However, the most dangerous enemy may not always be the walking dead...
Infection: One bite may be what it takes to bring you down. If infected, you must decide if you want to alert your team to rid you of your burden, or to keep quiet in the hopes of finding a cure...

I downloaded this last night didn't get a chance to play it for long but it requires a lot of team and you have to aim your shots carefully as you don't get much ammo, the games much slower paced than L4D and you have to be more tactical.

Anyone up for some coop today?

this basically.

I get this error when connecting to servers "server uses different class tables" anyone know what thats about? I have 1 source game installed which is CSS. Ta.
 
I've just downloaded so will be happy to play a few games. Next few days are likely to be booked up with BF4 though :p

I was getting this last night I just kept spamming the servers until I managed to get into one.

Iv'e had enough of BF4 crashing I'm jumping on now if anyone is up for a game

I'm just raging atm... BF4 keeps crashing and now this is trollololololing me :mad:

Edit: uninstalled the game why on earth are LAN server showing up on the server browser list? seems impossible to join a server.

It's a poor game!

The servers are awful, the aiming is incredibly slow, you can't be a controllable zombie and well it's just poor.
 
It has potential and isn't too bad when you get a game going and people work together, first impression is bad though with how hard it is to find a working server, lan shouldn't appear and everything seems full, not sure if bug or what but it's pathetic.

Best thing to do if you want a good game is to create a listen server, it's easy enough but has a few extra steps which it shouldn't, first port forward 27015, then create a game and once loaded type sv_lan 0 in console and then changelevel to a map you like, type maps * for a list, people will start joining pretty fast and you can have a proper game, i did for a few hours and had some fun but it's quite hard and needs some improvements.
 
I gave this a go, first time I thought its ok but seems to be mostly about standing in one room while dead people slowly shuffle in a door. Not quite like l4d where its all angles, I could hold these guys back with a couple of broomsticks. Makes me wonder why we dont just tie their shoelaces together and go home

Second time I couldnt spawn on any server, every try I was a spectator indefinitely. The obvious thing is to allow people to spawn as the bad guys otherwise it reminds me of duck hunt with various guns

Spent the weekend on this, it's good with the possibility of being really good but currently buggy and only playable for short periods.

Had a blast though, found some really good hiding places on house roofs, garages and scaffolding whereby zombies can't detect you.
