New Gaming System £8-900

Hi new here, enjoying window shopping at the moment! I am looking to build a new system, my computer is 5 years old and struggles to run counter strike source! Don't like the look of the new consoles so want to get back into my pc gaming like i used to be! Ive been doing a bit of reading and have come up with this list. Will be playing bf4, cod ghosts, titanfall when its released!

Any advice would be appreciated, i have a friend that is going to help/ build it for me but hes not around at the moment for advice. Would like the option for over clocking in the future if you think that is within budget? I believe the motherboard comes with a free cooler. Also picked the case for the look so unsure if it is compatible although my friend said it will be ok, i fancy adding some white LEDs in the future. Don't need a copy of windows, also unsure if i could use my old cd drive from my acer aspire?

A little over budget, is it worth it for the graphics card? Im really not up to date with this stuff, want the pc to last me a while before i have to start upgrading again!
