Bought humble bundle but it isn't registering my games when signing in through steam in browser, when I log in and click allow it just closes the tab?

Bought for AC (can't re-download from my US Amazon account where I purchased it ages ago) and Scribblenauts, surprised the original FEAR isn't included, that was an excellent game, the newer ones, not so much.
