Best cpu/motherboard for £200ish?

I currently have a i3 520 @ 4ghz and would like to upgrade as it seems the new games like bf4 and ghosts are struggling.

I have a 7950 graphics card, what kind of fps roughly could i expect spending £200 on motherboard/cpu and where would you recommend i spend it?

If you aren't worried about going 2nd hand then there is the potential for a very good system for that sort of money.
