I weigh a lot, but am not fat or muscular

OP looks fine but sure does weight more a lot however I noticed former overly fat people weighting more than than look, perhaps denser bones along with much stronger and more developed legs?

BMI becomes less accurate the taller people get so there's the reason that a lot of tall forum members here have obese BMI while they're not. BMI still does work for average non-bulky individual to gauge healthy weight.

It's quite interesting how we have two extremes here, one is very light and one is too heavy but both claim they're fine. Perhaps the light guy is next step in evolution whose offsprring will weight 20kg and develop feathers to rule the skies!

Too heavy? What's that based on then?

My dad used to be big in the climbing scene and he has pretty large forearms. I think I've just been sold on it!

(is it possible to climb without having to go to mountains? :p)

yeah, you can go bouldering (this will destroy you like no other exercise ever has forearm wise) or indoor climbing will help but not to the same degree.

lol look at pro climbers skinny guys but with forearms bigger than most guys biceps :p

Not falling to a splattery death is real motivation for those fin gers not to let go.
