Pokemon X and Y - 3DS - Oct 2013

Well that was a surprise, got a 6* perfect modest water absorb freeze-dry lapras using only 3* perfect parents. Though looking at it now I should really breed a calm one instead...

And it took me what felt like over 100 eggs to get a 5 IV Gible using two IV parents :o.

I don't recommend it :p. Save it until the post game if you find yourself interested in competitive battling.
 
So I don't need to play through the game in a certain way to min/max and be good at competitive battling? I can worry about that later, my choices won't hinder me?

You can use whatever for the main game, yeah. You can min/max nearly every Pokemon using Ditto's post game, but I'd wouldn't get to in depth about yet and just enjoy the regular game not worrying about min/max.

Does anyone have any Gible with Outrage (not too bothered about IVs but the higher the better)? Seriously, why is outrage not a level up move for Garchomp and why did it take me until I had a fully EV trained flawless Garcgomp to realise it!?

Huge power Diggersby should be pretty good in UU, though it does look ridiculous :p


Choosing the last three pokes on my team is proving tough...
 
Leer is not worth it no. Some moves are but only in longer battles where younkught face multiple pokemon like gym battles or the Elite 4 outside of battle maison or online . Moves like dragon dance add 50% to both speed and attack they are worth using.
 
Armed with 3 different 4 IV dittos and over a box full of 3 IV dittos, I got started on the breeding this weekend and made (all perfect) Torchic with Baton Pass, Protean Froakie (got a spare one of these), Larvitar with Dragon Dance, Scyther, Mawile, Magikarp and Dratini. :D I've got quite a few 3/4 IV rejects of most of these too if anyone is interested.

Loads of leveling and EV training to do and I don't really know what I'm doing in the battles, but I almost have a squad, woo! :p
