Hey looking for a new case to replace my old antec 900. It has no wire management and is starting to show its age. Its lasted over 6 years and the new one will hopefully last the same!

I'm looking at these two corsair cases. I like the looks of the 650D however the 750D is a newer model I think. I guess its just personal taste but is there any new features or is the build quality better on the 750D?

Also any other cases around £150 that can rival the 650D or the 750D?

Any help will be appreciated :)

I went from a 902 to a 750D, I am very happy with my decision. Its a lovely case both to look at and build in. I would certainly reccomend it.

Do you have an optical drive installed? I think the front looks pretty bad with a drive in it :(. I can't see in the reviews but can you cover up the drive when its not in use?

I do, Personally I don't think it looks to shabby with a drive in at all.

I'm sure it would be pretty easy to do a stealth mod with one of the spare covers.

750D gets my vote too, I love mine.

I dont have anything in the 5.25" bays apart from internal HDD's.

I personnly think that optical drives spoil the look of cases, i use a USB DVD writer if i ever need to burn a disc which is like never.

Something like this would be perfect that way you can just plug it in when you need it.

I also went from a 902 but to a 650D rather than a 750D. I too very happy with my decision, However... I did have to mod my case a little bit to get it how I wanted it, I cut the mesh out of the front fan grill and replaced the fans to remove that horrible air noise, replaced the drive bay cages with a lian li unit that mounts inside the 5.25 inch bays and mounted the SSD behind the motherboard. Also I've yet to use the hotswap bay in two years.

The 750D is a newer case with many improvements over the 650D, Unless you really like the look of the 650D and are prepered to cut the mesh out or want to use the hotswap bay I'd go with the 750D and if you want buy an external dvd/blu ray drive

Hope this helps! :)

Thanks guys, think I might go for the 750D with an external dvd drive. Will be a great upgrade and I'll finally get rid of the cable mess I have currently.
