Excuse me while I wince like a pansy and throw up a little bit of sick. :( :( :(

Also, how do you nail into those cobblestones, are they made of MDF or something? Missing would hurt a bit more than your thumb as well, I'm guessing.

You have to hand it to the bloke. That is a bit more extreme than the protests we get here.

Instead of setting up a tent and dossing on the steps of St. Pauls, perhaps the last lot there should have nailed various appendages to traffic cones to make it a bit more interesting.

He nailed his ball sack to the ground...odd.

Whilst it is his ballsack, it's still only skin. Wouldn't have hurt that much really. Now, if he stuck a nail threw the testie itself...well that's a different matter.
 
The thing is with "extreme" protesting, I can't remember the last time I saw a headline along the lines of, "Goverment does a U-turn on policy due to man setting himself on fire!"

Does it ever work?
