Wall of text, very hard to read...

Anyway, yeah I am familiar with that "baby" strategy it was quite wide-spread in Eastern Europe by mainly gypsies but then when people actually understood what is going on, it stopped... In a city where I lived a local gang rounded up whole gypsie cartel and I think the story was that they got petrol poured over them and burned but meh, maybe that is exaggeration.

Surprised this made way to London tbh...

Seen it doing the rounds on facebook :| that said if theres anything even vaguely to it hope law enforcement is onto it.

I speed-read through it.

Basically there are beggars at train stations who have a kid on their lap. The kid is always quiet. Some guy confronted why the kids are always so quiet. Beggars reply "they are drugged up on alcohol on heroin". Moral of story, don't give money to a beggar with a quiet child in their lap as they could be giving alcohol or heroin to the child to aid their begging.

I've seen these scums operating near Leyton tube station. Cant be sure if I've spotted a child though but possible they're involved also. The women are usually old, and seem like they're under control of a much more sinister gang operation.
