Not all of them.
Most of them are hardworking classy folks. If your friend are on about Malays from Malaysia being degenerates, that's a fair bit more truth in there, than innate racism.

My gf's previous ex who was Malay said the same thing. And from my experience in supporting an office in Kuala Lumpur, i have to agree. Basically they're the retarded versions of Indians that look a bit oriental.
