EVGA 660 ti X2 or GTX 770

I think for design programs, you'd be better off with a 7970 or 7950, unless you need CUDA, as the amd cards absolutely smash nvidia when it comes to openCL. OCUK have been doing some stonking deals on the 7970 as of late, maybe flog your current 660ti and consider one of those?

Having CUDA would be helpful for rendering

Ah I see. I'm not too clued up with that area of things. a 4gb 680 perhaps? Going from memory of some reviews I read a while back, I think the 600/700 series (minus the 780/titan) are pretty naff at CUDA; the 580 is better. If you were going to go that route, I'd get the 3gb version. Of course, this is advice pulled from my (somewhat flaky) memory. You'd be better pulling up some benchies or asking in the graphics section tbh.
