My bets are on a 290! Whilst the 7990 is a brilliant card, unless you got one when they were at £370 (incl gold award and 8 games) like I did then you'd essentially be paying £140 (assuming £300 for your Ice Q's and the current 7990 on TWO) for the same performance.

I may be bottlenecked by the 8350, I'm on Pcie2 but board can do dual x16. 750W Seasonic built psu. I have a kuhler 920 I could strap onto a gpu though, and it'd be easier on the newer cards but pointless on crossfire. no games with 290s but gold ticket with the 7000s...

You'd get about ~170 for the 7970.
Get an R9 290, the 290X will be entirely pointless over a 290 for you.

What's the odds on Ash making 101 deliveries between now 2:14pm and 6pm? I'd say slim to none. When i look at the tracking later what's the betting it will say attempted delivery but no one was home.

Ahhh man .... I'm really surprised by those 7990 figures for BF4!!! It beat crossfired 290Xs??
My 7990 died for some reason So in the process of trying to RMA it back to OCUK, but really looking forward to getting it sorted in my system and watercooled!
