Not aloud to give Price checks out side the Memebers Market..

You need 1000 posts 1 years service to gain access..

I've had the Lexa S, its a plasticy case.. :)

Do you mean bits from the clearance section as thers no way those parts are £540 new.

All I have to say about this is that putting an FX8350 in a GA78LMT-USB3 is a stupid idea. It is an older board with a 4+1 power phase, not cut out for handling that CPU at all.

Anyway, assuming it works without burning, we can't do price checks, but I can do this for you:

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI GeForce GTX 760 OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £189.95
1 x AMD Piledriver FX-8 Eight Core 8350 Black Edition 4.00GHz (Socket AM3+) Processor - Retail £149.99
1 x Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 650W V2 High Performance '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply (CP-9020038-UK) £89.99
1 x TeamGroup Elite Black 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (TED38GM1600HC11DC01) £59.99
1 x NZXT LeXa S Windowed Midi Tower Case - Black £59.99
1 x Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - OEM (WD10EZRX) **SINGLE PLATTER** HDD £53.99
1 x Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 AMD 760G (Socket AM3+) DDR3 Motherboard £41.99
1 x OcUK 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM £14.99
Total : £675.86 (includes shipping : £12.50).

The only difference is the PSU (TX650 V2 vs TX750)

It's okay, but bearing in mind that it isn't new and the motherboard is inadequate for the CPU i'd leave it well alone. If you have no ability to claim on warranty for the components I wouldn't even consider it.

What can happen to it then because the cpu is to much for the motherboard? and could someone spec me a mothboard that will cope with it fine?

Your budget is £550± right?

1 x Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00CEU) £59.99

Basically that other board will die of death as soon as you tried any sort of overclocking.

Even the one above isnt the greatest, but it only has to cope with a FX6300 so will be fine, you can even overclock it to say 4Ghz.

As above really. Its essentially because it will be running at its absolute limit to try and provide the FX8350 with enough power and that could lead to the motherboard failing.
