New Never Settle titles for R9 cards?

www.amd4u.com/neversettlereloaded is still down it seems til today, wondering if this will be for the R9 cards? as its been said BF4 will be offered to 290 purchasers also, even if they dont add Lichdom etc, getting another copy of BF4 and a copy of Thief will be good, as i can sell BF4 to offset the price of the card a bit

Custom cooled 290Pro with BF4 and Thief...it's gonna be nice Christmas

If it's not too busy at work, will probably be a good time to take the pay holidays between the Christmas and new years for some serious gaming sections

Yh I guess but it's weird that the R9 series is only getting battlefield 4 whereas the R7 260X will get AMD Silver tier. I'd arguably prefer that tbh.

Regardless I'll be using my Gold tier from my 7990 now. Glad I held off as I wouldn't mind Thief, though I have the rest of the games.

Just checked and Thief ain't out till February as well

Ah well, plenty of games I haven't had the time to play yet...BioShock, Crysis 3, Tomb Raider, and Sleeping Dogs as well

Thats a bit poor if its only bf4 as previous gold tickets gave 3 games. I would imagine bf4 is exclusive to 290 buyers and prob lob in a silver ticket also for 2 other games

Yea but the 780 is still (£60) more expensive than the 290Pro, and it doesn't has as much future potential performance increase.

Just looked at the tier link. So if you buy the better cards you just get bf4 but if you buy the entry card you get 2 games one which can be thief... I guess they are trying to entice people to buy the entry cards but its a slap in the face to people who fork out for 290 edition cards as these are aamdtop tier and previous top tier cards rewarded golden tickets for 3 games.

Many of us already have bf4 so this deal is hardly enticing the only upside the is its a free game yu can sell

It would have been a good gesture from them if they had let early 290 buyers have the game code, pretty bad that they aren't doing that knowing how many people have had problems.

Didn't OCUK give some game away with the 290pro?

I am 99% sure some of them got the silver ticket. Possibly the Sapphire cards, i seem to recall Gibbo saying something about it.

Thats OCUK doing that and not AMD though. I buy my hardware from OCUK so theres there's always a chance of something similar. However it does not detract from the fact AMD are are getting this all wrong this time.

Yeah, I got a Bronze and Silver with my 290 Pro but i havent redeem the codes yet because I was waiting for the bundle to be updated. Held of my BF4 purchase for the same reason.

At the end of the day your paying for the Card (not free games). I don't see it as a failing if they choose not to offer free games with their cards on release or at any point. AMD cards are generally better vulue for money than it's rivals anyway, obviously getting free games is a bonus but by not supplying them is by no means wrong.
