I think the only dissapointing thing is the fact theres not one of the really top titles. a new god of war..gran turismo just for ps4.. naughty dog game ect. Im perfectly happy with killzone though. Like you said its a decent selection of games to keep you busy.

Fair point, Halo maybe? Wipeout on the PS1? Pretty disappointed there was no new Ridge Racer it must be the first time one hasn't launched with a new sony console.

This is why I will wait at least a year before picking up a next gen console, after getting a 3DS and Vita at launch and having to wait ages for games and if Rayman Legends hadn't been delayed I would have picked up a Wii U at launch and had to wait almost a year before anything decent came out and paid more for the privilege, waiting till mid next year for a PS4 will suit me fine.
Why impressed? It's streaming the content from the PS4 to the Vita...as long as you have a good connection it'll work well

I haven't enjoyed a Ridge Racer game since the original Playstation days, I think Sony need to come up with a new first party arcade racer though for sure.

Because of how far he can go from the ps4 n still play it.. because of how well it runs and how good it looks on much less hardware? Look at assasins creed for example. the vita version had a lot of the next gen effects. Im just surprised by how well it works with all these games.

Er you do realise that all the Vita doing is showing a video stream right? it's not rendering anything, the power of the Vita has nothing to do with anything.
Not quite that simple though. There's still two way communication going on for controls.
It is? If that was the case why would some of the effects ect be missing on the vita.. and why are they going on about how well these games are running on the vita on the stream? Maybe im confused about how its working lol but surely if your actually playing the games on the vita its using the vita's processing power ect? Its not like streaming a youtube video of a game is it?
Was about to say the same, still need to translate the controls over. but apparently most devs are saying its a few days work to get vita remote play up and running.

It's not using the Vita's processing power, it's only using the Vita as a display, similar to how the Wii U gamepad works.
Its a Streaming service, it still needs to process the controls but the game is being streamed from a PS4 to your Vita screen, its also downscaled.
AFAIK its a bit like onlive gaming, where the backend is processing the game, your screen is showing the stream with the device handling the controls.
so basically the Vita is showing the image being streamed and handling the controls for the game. Some processing is done on the Vita such as controls, but the game itself is being processed and downscaled via the PS4.

Bit disappointed with that launch lineup and the reviews. Still not sure which way to go but nothing's pulling me towards the PS4 at the moment.
