Meh just seen this on Amazon Please note:
● Customers who place an order for this PlayStation 4 bundle from August 7 onwards will receive their consoles after release date but before Christmas

I ordered mine on the 9th September and got it upgraded to the Killzone bundle, although it says Estimated Delivery 29th by my order, not sure now if I will get one or not on release.

I ordered on 5th October and my order still has no estimated ship date, spoke with Amazon today and they couldn't even confirm it would be before Christmas, they said they wont know until Sony tells them when the next batch will arrive

Will give them a call tomorrow and see if I can find out any info on it.
The gits they put the price up on my order its been £353 with delivery for ages now its saying £383 with delivery.

as others have said, shopto do a pick up and (i'm hoping) replace within 12 months but tbh if things go the same way as the x-box 360 then i would imagine sony would replace a console under a gesture of good will even if a unit failed after 12 months if there was enough cases. be a right **** storm for their PR if they didn't.

i would also consider a home insurance claim under a high value item policy. i have my laptop, 2 tv's and main pc under this category and for the next to nothing it would cost me, i'd put the ps4 on it aswell.

Lol thanks mate! My mrs is even more pleased now (as am I) as she's bought me it for christmas, so saving even more money is a bonus. As long as it turns up for christmas, I'll be more than happy. Got BF4 with it also :D
 
I already have a PS4 + Killzone on pre-order and guaranteed delivery at launch for £400. However I've given in to temptation and ordered the KZ £430 bundle. As far as I can make out according to the thread on HUKD I should get it after launch but before Christmas. I'm happy to wait as long as it's before christmas because the bundle is such good value but I'll hang on to my shopto order a little longer

Hey where did they get their vertical stand from? I can't find one in the US for love nor money.. Seem readily avail in the UK, from the 19th.

Note, ps4 vertical. I have four PS3's in my home, 4 of which are vertical. I have an xboxOne arriving on the 22nd, and so far, I'm stumped on where to put it. Like its a REAL problem. All my tv's are at least 50" Panasonic plasma's, and therefore sitting on quite respectable sized cabinets, yet I'm still stumped on where to place this XBOne. Do i really want to add an extra piece of furniture just to house the monstrosity.

I can see this being a real negative selling point to some. If one of my kids didn't want the XBOne, i'd be cancelling my order.
