Very cool, however I wonder if it has slow read/write times as they are suggesting it's best use would be for achieving?
 
So after the human race dies out, a young alien race stumbles upon these memory crystals. I wonder how they will judge us?

So they invented a big CDR, I wonder how fast this alleged data can be written, as thus far they seem to have managed three layers, rather than actual 360TB. Their laser is so fast is goes faster than other lasers...... What's the lifespan of a correctly stored CDR? Do they biodegrade?
They have said their crystal will withstand heat, but is it shatter proof also?

IIRC though not looked it up CDRs last about 10 years on average in normal use and a few decades if carefully stored. With temperature control and complete darkness they'd probably last indefinitely though.
 
Hasn't this already been done with the Chrystal skulls holding all the information for humanity that the Nephilim left us from Nibiru?

No way, I have a cd I bought when they first became cheap in Woolworths, about 20 years ago, still works fine, and it's just been in its case or the side.

Is that a CD-ROM? they last longer because they were written at point of manufacture, CD-R/CD-RW are not written as well and will degrade over time hence their shelf life.
