cpu temps are not showing on apps.

i have downloaded core temps and hw monitor and neither are displaying my temperatures.

using a amd cpu.

Can you grab a screenshort of core temp and/or HW monitor?

I know there are issues with AMD temp readings but this seems odd.

i have no idea what that is. ive installed the drivers etc from the discs and tried searching for it through the start menu but ive found nothing.

Its a separate app, should be on the disk under programs/software.

yes it is on the disc i may have not installed it at the time, also when i put in the disc my screen went black and basically froze, should i be concerned?

Takes awhile for the disk to load, leave to do its thing, ive seen it come up with the "not responding" message once or twice.

so my cpu is hovering around 21 degrees Celsius? isnt that kind of unlikely?

also is there no way i can find out the temps for each core?

I imagine your room is quite cool due to weather so thats quite normal. My PC was at 14 degrees last week, under water.

what do you mean under water? im using a stock fan cooler (without proper thermal paste because i had to take the cpu out on one occasion and havent had time to put more paste) and 1 fan

it isnt the coldest room but im sure it cant be that cold to make my cpu go below 20 degrees.

does that mean im getting wrong temperature readings?
