Hi All,

Currently have an unlocked AMD 550 to X4 but looking to upgrade.
Occasional gaming say about 5% of my PC use But I have my PC on about 15hours daily or sometimes 24hours a day so I Need a quiet as possible PC.

Also currently have a 550 ti Card which I ll like to keep if its okay unless there is reason to upgrade it, please advice.

So my main requirement are
Noise (quiet as possible)
No overclocking (Been there, done that so not interested anymore)
From Factor (As small as possible if possible.)

Thanks in advance.

I have a Dell Ultrasharp U2713HM AH IPS 27 inch Widescreen Monitor if that helps.

Well, here's a very nice small form factor Intel build with WiFi. The 230mm front fan would provide enough cooling for graphics card etc, given that the side panel is completely sealed to prevent noise. Even the front panel is pretty much sealed save for little vents along the borders, but is easily removable to access any CD/DVD writer you transfer into it from your old build. The HDD cages are modular so middle one can be removed to help airflow and there'd still be room to fit your SSD and HDD in the bottom cage, along with more SSD options elsewhere in the case. The Akasa fan cable could be used for both the front and rear fans, and it has a 5v option to reduce noise. 2 x 120mm soundproofing foam could be added to the top fan vents later on, if necessary, but I'd leave those open for now as they will help with heat extraction. Another option to help with heat is to use the spare 120mm fan (that comes in the front) on the top panel to help extract video card heat. Again, running on 5v should be nice and quiet. Good 550W PSU to give you a bit of flexibility when it's time to upgrade your video card.

Gone over budget to get a nice little case and good processor in and show what's possible for close to that price-range. Can easily get it down, but that's what I would buy for myself if I went mini-ITX. ;)

Included a "K" CPU so you can overclock;)

He stated he's not interested in overclocking anymore.

Faster RAM (Haswell loves fast RAM), but the RAM I would suggest is out of stock - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-013-AD&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1387

Good shout.

The mini-ITX mobo I tried to fit in originally was the Asus Z87 MAXIMUS VI IMPACT (drools) but it's just too expensive for this build, I think.

Thanks a lot people. I am interested though in the MSI and Gigabyte dual Lan MB, I wonder how they will work because Interestingly I have 2 Broadband connection at home and currently only use one, would be awesome to feed both into the Board at the same time. Any thoughts on how they are implemented.

Thanks for the Configs above.
