Best <£200 android camera phone?

What would you all recommend?

Best I can find is the S3 Mini for £149 outright.

I don't mind getting a contract for two years as long its not more than about £350 over 2 years (£15pm)

I was thinking this as well, but it's a Windows phone and OP's title states Android.

DON'T buy a phone for its camera. Buy the phone for a phone and have the camera as a nice add-on.

seems promising however i heard somewhere that it does not have the sd card slot or so.

Right, let me explain.

It needs to be in a phone as its for my mum, so she just has one device for all purposes.

Been looking at the Sony Xperia L the picture quality looks fairly good and can be had for £170

The Ace 2 had a half decent camera (in the right conditions) I assume the S3 mini is at least as good if not better.

You can get a sim free Nokia Lumia 920 for £230 at Tesco. It's also so clubcard boost so all you need is £115 in vouchers, or £40 for it to be £150.

That's the best VFM if your prioritising camera.
