Whats the cheapest/worst build you can think of?
It must be useable and use components for OcUK.

I was interested looking at the £30 single cores amd processors and GPUs as to what the bottom end actually looks like.

I'm begging you to tell me you're joking. Please god just tell him to buy a used C2Q system or at least get a dual core, dual channel RAM and a non explosive PSU!!! :p
 
The funny thing is, the amount of people that would see no difference in their day to day usage of a PC (opening internet explorer) using the above spec'd PCs or a top end one. These days with SSDs used for OS drive, it can mask an underlying poverty spec quite well, especially when they are freshly built with no clutter on the OS.
 
^ lol, I'll sell you an old (7 year old) system, its got more dust than components but ill do it for £50 :P, best yet?
