Pen drives in a 360?

Little query! My girlfriend has a 360 but no hard drive or any way whatsoever to save games. Apparently her ex used USB drives but not sure. Is this possible? And can it be ANY drive/stick??

Yes it can. Any usb2 should be OK. Only supports up to 32gb though.

Ok got a corsair voyager 16gb pen drive. Tried it and doesn't work

we go to create profile and won't go any further since it can't find anything to save it on. Any suggestions ???

does it have to be formatted as fat 32?

You need to prepare it for use in the console first, go to the settings.

As said, it needs to be prepared for use, you have to put it on the console then format it.
