Definitely! I really enjoyed it, I hope it happens again, I really learnt a lot from it, and I seemed to have helped other people too which was nice.
It is nice to finally meet people who do a similar job to myself, community management is a very new title for most companies, and it wasn't something that existed a while back.
Now it is an extremely important role for companies, especially customer facing companies it is probably one of the most important roles, as company reputation means everything.
No one really knows about the role perfectly, yet, as in what is right and wrong and the best way to do things. - It varies on business, and also monitoring the work that we do, is well... Almost impossible.
From what I see though, the work that I do, I can see that it has a massive impact on my company and it seems like our customers can see that too which makes it more fantastic.
I love being involved with you guys, and I learn from your experiences with our company too, to strive and improve myself and the company so we have much more satisfaction.
My way of thinking is based around this quote which I do not believe in.
"Treat others as you want to be treated."
It is close, but my quote would be:
"Treat others greater than what you want to be treated."
