Is there any nice cases out there for £80-100?

I'm looking for a change from my 3 year old Fractal R3 (it's getting old now) but apart from the Corsair 550d I can't see anything else I like.

Motherboard is ATX size which leaves the Corsair 350d out unfortunately.

The Ghost is a nice case for sure ( I would say that wouldn't I) but one more I've always admired is the Antec P280 at the top end of your budget.

I have a friend who has the Antec P280 and it's an awesome case. Plenty of space for your components and a decent crack at cable management. In regards to BitFenix, I would look at either the Shinobi or Ghost cases as they seem to have great reviews. My only issue with the Ghost is that it doesn't have a windowed side panel, stulid I'm looking at you.... ;) haha hope you find this info helpful!

If you like the 550D then you have similar taste to me.

I like simple elegant designs instead of the in your face type cases, I like the ones below

YOUR BASKET
1 x Corsair Obsidian 550D Quiet Midi Tower Case - Black (CC-9011015-WW) £119.99
1 x CM Storm Scout II Advanced Gaming Case - Black £94.99
1 x Anidees AI-6B Midi Tower Case - Black £89.99
1 x Thermaltake Urban S31 Midi Tower Case - Black £84.95
1 x Cooler Master HAF XB Case - Black £82.99
1 x NZXT H2 Classic Silent Midi Tower Case - Black £79.99
1 x BitFenix Ghost Silent Tower Case - Black £77.95
Total : £676.75 (includes shipping : £38.25).

The Ghost has noise dampening on the main panels to help keep it silent, with a windowed side panel that would make it less "ghost" like.

Thanks for all the answers. Yes I do prefer the minimalist/clean style, I really love the Fractal R3 but it's a white case and I want to get a Black one instead this time.

I gotta say my favourites so far are... Corsair 550D, Antec P280, BitFenix Ghost and Fractal R4.

So hard to decide :(

I wonder if the window panel from another bitfenix case will fit the ghost? or is the metal chassis so different?

My personal favourite ATX case is the Anidees, had a look at one in ocuk hq and it just oozes quality. Brushed aluminium all over it. stunning case.

Also you dont have to buy from ocuk if they dont sell fractal (fractal had quality control issues and ocuk refused to stock them because of return rates, I have had an arc mini with no issues)

No other windowed sidepanel from another BitFenix case will fit, the only way is to mod the panel, but this defeats the target of the case and its noise silence.

True but it should be an option, perhaps a piece of glass instead of plastic and sound dampening would still keep within the Ghost's proposed role.

That said though people may well just buy it because of how it looks and with no regard to its supposed role.

i would also like a m-atx case (if i can get a small enough atx case then even better) for the same price guys...
but it must have a window :)
no point spending all this lovely, hard earned cash on equipment for a sheet of steel to hide it

The Anidees, I have never heard of that brand before, would you say it's higher quality then the fractal/antec/corsairs? I usually don't buy from small brands but if the quality is good then sometimes it's worth the investment.

I'm still trying to decide just so you guys know, I really want to buy Case + a HS100 cooler on Thursday so got 3 days to decide.

Currently at the top of my list:

1) Fractal R4
2) Antec P280
3) Corsair 540
4) Corsair 550D

So trying to decide between those 4, I have a Fractal R3 so I know the quality is good, Antec P280 to me just looks awesome but I read some reviews and everywhere says the R4 is better. The Corsair 540 from reading the forums every one says is an amazing case, the 550d is just because I really like corsair although again most people say the R4 is better than this "overpriced" case.

So the debate is probably Fractal R4 vs Corsair 540... too completely different cases. Unless someone knows something that is better than the R4, I'll probably go with that.
