Best way to remove mold/moss from seals

Hi

I passed my test on friday and now starting to drive my car more (Fiat punto) and well it needs a good clean!

i know how to clean etc just want some advice on the cheap on how to remove the following

Mold/Moss on the seals around the sunroof and passenger and driver side windows

Whats the cheapest and most effective way to remove this?

I have read using deatol and a tooth brush can work

And second thing is is the black plastic on the door panel has gone white which looks dirty, Im guessing normal plastic polish/buffer will be fine for the job?

Autosmart G101 and a pressure washer should shift it.

You will try white vinegar and lemon juice.

Many petrol stations with car wash facilities have pressure washers as an option.
